What neighbors are documenting

A shop uses the residential alley as the way out toward George Street.
Air tools, horns, and late noise carry to the houses. Chicago already has noise rules.
Hits and near-misses on this stretch are on a neighbor record.
The 31st Ward office has not responded.

Ask the City to stop commercial traffic from using this alley as an exit, and to enforce the alley and noise rules already on the books.

Names stay with this neighbor record. We are not the City. A public count comes next; this first version confirms your name on this device.
